How We Did this Caterpillar Paper Quilling Craft
To make this caterpillar paper quilling craft activity, we started with this fantastic electric quilling tool. At under $15, it makes for a great buy and a gifting option too.
Using it was pretty easy- all we needed were some batteries (they didn't come included) and that's it. The package came with lots of colorful paper strips too, so you didn't need to buy anything separately.
